Yes! Every piece at Ivory Keramicoz is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each item is shaped, glazed, and fired by hand, making every piece unique with its own character. You may notice slight variations in color, texture, and size between pieces – these are not defects but rather the beautiful hallmarks of authentic handmade craftsmanship that make your ceramic truly one-of-a-kind.

Our ceramic tableware are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing to preserve the longevity and beauty of your pieces. Items with gold, silver, or metallic accents should NOT be used in the microwave, oven or dishwasher. Our decorative pieces (wall art, certain vases, and decor plates) are for display purposes only and should not be used for food or in appliances.

We process orders within 2-3 business days (or 7-10 days for custom/made-to-order items). Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, and remote areas may require an additional 1-2 days. We take great care in packaging each item with multiple layers of bubble wrap and protective cushioning to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with video of the damaged packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. For any damage claims, please reach out to us immediately
