Whether the products are microwave and dishwasher – Safe?
Yes. Our products are microwave and oven safe as we do not use gold colours for now. All products are dishwasher safe.
Do your products scratch?
Yes. Due to daily ware and tear from metal utensils, abrasive cleaners or dragging rough items across surfaces, especially on softer glazes or matte finishes, the scratches or gray metal deposits may happen. The cutlery marks may develop a patina on the surface of your products over time as all matte and semi-matte ceramic products are susceptible to this.
Are your Products food safe?
Yes. All our products are lead free and food safe.
Ordering & Shipping
The product I want is out of stock or sold out. Can I order that?
All products at Ivory Keramicoz are hand made, hand glazed and are fired twice in a kiln. The process of making, glazing and firing is slow and time consuming. So if you are looking for the products which are out of stock or sold out, you need to give 2-3 weeks for the production and about week to 10 days additionally for shipping.
How do you ship the products?
All our products within India are sent by courier to a street address. We do not send the products to P.O. Boxes.
What is your Shipping Time for the Products?
The products which are in stock are packed and shipped within five working days of the order. Products which are out of stock/ sold out can take three to four weeks.
What if my products are damaged on arrival?
We take utmost care in packing our products to ensure that they reach you safely. However, in the unfortunate event that you receive your parcel in damaged condition, please contact us through email or whatsApp immediately on receiving your parcel. Please mention the details of your order and video of damaged box and damaged product(s) and we will send you a replacement after assessing the damage.
